order confirmation:

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you ship with UPS, you will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

payment methods:

The following methods are accepted as payment for purchases: PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Purchases are charged to your credit card when you place your order. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.

shipping:

All orders ship via US Post Office or UPS. All collections typically ship within 1 - 2 weeks of placing the order.  Because our Your Occasions Collection pieces are handcrafted, it can take 2 - 4 weeks for them to be shipped. Shipping/Handling charges are as follows for all orders:

• $35.00 UPS Overnight

These shipping times refer to delivery after the 2-4 week window used to create the Your Occasions Collection pieces.

All orders are subject to a 9% sales tax if delivery is in the state of Alabama.

custom orders:

Because you choose the design of the Your Occasions pendant, those are considered custom orders.  All of these pieces are set by hand.  If you would like to customize a piece in more detail than what is offered on the order page, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to see if it is possible and what the price will be.  Some customized pieces may not be returnable.  If that is the case, we will let you know before we process your order.

product care:

Each Your Occasions Collection piece is hand-crafted and therefore delicate.  Each stone is placed to sit flush with the surface of the pendant.  Being that the stones are not cut the back of the pendant is not solid but reflects the flush setting from the back.  To ensure the longevity of your setting do not place any undue pressure on the pendant from the front or back.  Over time this can compromise the setting and loosen the stone.  Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

The Your Occasion collections consist of 14k yellow and white gold and sterling silver.  The Lil Charm & Lil Tag colletions are sterling silver and 24K gold plated.  All collections can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Because you design the Your Occasions Collection pendants, they are not returnable.  Please be certain of your design before you place your order.  Use the Preview Your Pendant page before you place your order.  Please see our Photo Gallery for some examples.
